HEDEF GUVENLIK selects carefully its security personnel with comprehensive interview procedures. We create a candidate pool for security guards at first and accept skilled and licenced security guards only for those who meet the requirements of the Law No. 5188 dated 10/06/2004 on Private Security Services in Turkey. All work is performed by experienced and qualified personnel in accordance with standards set by Turkish Standards Institution (TSE).
Ability tests are proven methods for assessing critical qualities for job success such as solving problems and communicating effectively. Therefore, HEDEF GUVENLIK performs vision - awareness test, perceptual ability tests, numerical ability test, basic language aptitude test and psychological tests and we set success rate on overall performance of the candidate pool. We also perform the customized tests upon request of our clients. According to the performance of the security guard candidates, the company selects security guards who are to be serving in your premises and grounds. We introduce the staff members to our valued clients and security guard personnel are selected and begin active duty on approval by clients.
